Join us for the Glow Run New Bern 2025, a timed 5K event open to participants of all ages and abilities. Your participation directly benefits children, adults, and families with disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges receiving life-changing services from Easterseals PORT Health in our local community.

The Glow Run is designed to be a fun and inclusive event, encouraging everyone to participate and support a great cause. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a walk with friends and family, this event is for you!
Course Information
The course is a 5K distance, which is approximately 3.1 miles. Participants can run or walk at their own pace, making it a perfect event for everyone.
