The Greater Midland Dow RunWalk is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026. This event brings together people of all ages and racing experience to celebrate community and get moving. Join us on June 6 at Greater Midland Community Center for the annual Dow RunWalk, powered by Members First Credit Union.

The event features a 10K Run, 5K Run, 1 Mile Run, 5K Walk, and the Tot Trot. Finisher Medals will be awarded for the 10K and 5K races.

Special for 2026: All race participants will receive a week-long pass to the Dow Championship, the LPGA Tour’s only official team-format tournament hosted at the Midland Country Club from June 8-14.

Expo and Packet Pickup:

Friday, June 5 from 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM at Greater Midland Community Center. Participants can enjoy a FREE meal from local food trucks and interactive activities. Packet pickup will resume race morning at 6:45 AM until race time inside the main entrance of the Midland Community Center.

Start Times:

• 10K Run: 7:55 AM EDT
• 5K Run: 8:10 AM EDT
• 5K Walk: 8:25 AM EDT
• GIRLS on the RUN Celebration 5K: 8:40 AM EDT
• 1 Mile Run (Adult & Youth): 8:50 AM EDT
• Tot Trot: 9:10 AM EDT

The race will be held rain or shine.

The Dow RunWalk is the first race in the Midland Triple Challenge. Register for the Triple 5K or Triple 1 Mile Challenge: Dow RunWalk, Run the River, and Loons Pennant Race for additional swag.

Registration fees increase on April 16, May 21, and at packet pick up. Fees are Non-Refundable / Non-Transferrable.
