Join us for the Greensboro Half Marathon, 5K, & 1 Mile on Saturday, November 21, 2026, in Greensboro, North Carolina. This event offers a fast, USA Track & Field certified course, perfect for personal records and fall racing goals. With only 300 feet of total elevation gain, the race is designed to be approachable for beginners and exciting for experienced runners. As part of the North Carolina Road Mega Medal Series, participants can earn a unique finisher medal. All participants receive a custom race shirt and a finisher medal. The event partners with A Simple Gesture to help fight food insecurity in Greensboro during the Thanksgiving season. Choose from the Half Marathon, 5K, or 1 Mile distance.
