We want to help put the FUN into running. Sometimes it is not just about the distance, it is how you get there. The starts and finishes of both the Half Marathon & 5k are at Holiday Valley Resort in Ellicottville, NY. You could not ask for a nicer venue for a running race! • How Do I Verify That I Am Registered? Please click the "Find A Participant" menu on the left side of this page. There will also be the option to resend your registration confirmation email.
• Can I Change Races? Yes, you can change from the Half Marathon to the 5k or vice versa. To change from the 5k to Half you have to pay for the difference in entry fee. There is no refund in entry fee for those wishing to change from the Half Marathon to 5k. The deadline to change races is 5/08/2026 Please click HERE for more information on how to change races.
• Can I Defer A Race Entry? Yes, you can defer your race entry to next year's event, the deadline for deferral is 04/15/2026. We allow for one year deferral. Please click HERE for instructions on how to defer your entry as well as how to claim the deferral for the following year after registration opens.
• Can I Receive A Refund If Unable To Attend? Refunds are not allowed for this event.
• Can I Transfer A Race Entry? Yes you can transfer an entry to someone else until 5/05/2026 free of charge. Please click HERE for instructions on how to transfer entry.
• Can I Have My Race Materials Sent To Me? Sorry, but race items such as medals and shirts must be picked up race day.
• Can I Run With A Stroller? Our event is governed USA Track & Field rules which does not allow strollers. Unfortunately the insurance provided by USATF does not allow for strollers at our event.
