Official Race Time: 8:00 am CDT

Description: Please join us for the Mitchell Heart & Sole 5K run/walk! Proceeds from the race will go toward financial assistance for patients in the Mitchell and the surrounding communities who are currently undergoing cancer treatment. All our funds stay local!

Race Route: The route will begin on the DWU/Avera Sports & Wellness Complex campus at 500 W Norway. Route will begin at the start line on the sidewalk and head east on Norway street, turn north on Duff street, east on Hurst avenue, south on Rowley street, east on Cabelas drive, west on Spruce street, North on Rowley street, and back west on Norway avenue.

The first 25 participants to register will receive a free Heart & Sole swag bag!
