Step into a world of courage, chaos, and capes at the Heroes and Villains Half Marathon, presented by Bigfoot Running Company. Choose your path—race for good or for mischief! Join for a day of high-energy fun, amazing costumes, and heroic performances across multiple race distances.

Heroic Costume Contest: Show off your best superhero or villain look at 6:50 AM for a chance to win prizes.

Race Distances & Awards:

• Kids Dash – 50-meter untimed dash (Ages 10 & under)
• 1 Mile Fun Run – Untimed
• 5K (3.11 miles) – Chip timed
• Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles) – Chip timed
• Half Marathon (13.1 miles) – Chip timed

Standard Age Group Awards for 5K, Quarter Marathon, and Half Marathon. All finishers receive a medal and shirt.

Event Schedule:

• 5:30 AM – 6:45 AM: Packet Pickup
• 6:50 AM: Costume Contest
• 6:55 AM: Kids Dash
• 7:00 AM: National Anthem & Race Start

Volunteer Opportunities: Available for "Volunteer then Run" (5K only) or full race non-running roles.

Course & Experience: Races are held on scenic local park and greenbelt trails, with mixed surfaces (pavement, crushed granite, dirt paths). Races proceed rain or shine.
