HMFA’s Tour de Heartland Fundraiser

Join the Tour de Heartland: A Bike Ride Fundraiser for the Historic Marbold Farmstead. The Historic Marbold Farmstead Association (HMFA) in Greenview, IL is thrilled to host its 2nd annual Tour de Heartland bike ride fundraiser that combines fitness, fun, and community spirit. HMFA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring the Marbold Farmstead, a cherished piece of Menard County’s living history. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a casual rider, we invite you to strap on your helmet and join us in supporting this extraordinary mission.

2026 Route Options

  • 14-Mile Ride: Ideal for casual riders, this route begins at Greenview High School and takes you through the picturesque countryside.
  • 40-Mile Ride: Designed for adventurous cyclists, this extended route also starts at Greenview High School and winds through the charming rural landscape, with water break opportunities along the way.

Both routes feature a refreshing stop at the Country Hills Golf Course, where riders can pause, refuel, and recharge.
