Overview

Experience the wonder of the Hocking Hills State Park. Beginning next to the Naturalist Cabin location just off of the Old Man's Cave parking lot (Visitor's Center) in Hocking Hills State Park, the Hocking Hills Trail Run winds through vast woodlands and brings runners through a land that tells a story as deep as time. Using the trails of both Hocking Hills State Park and Hocking State Forest, the course will navigate stream crossings, deep gorges, and lush forested paths, with challenging elevation changes throughout. The updated courses now feature nearly all trail running with minimal road running sections, and will let runners experience the three main areas of Hocking Hills; Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, and Ash Cave. The Hocking Hills Trail Run combines the legacy of it's long history dating back to 1978 into today's most popular state park in Ohio!
