Volunteer with Us!

Help with a 3-hour shift (packet pickup, setup, cleanup, or cheer squad) and earn a FREE entry to any Upstate Race Series-owned event. Sign up via the volunteer tab on any race page. We manage 25 events annually, so check which ones are URS-owned before selecting your future race!

• When: December 5th
• Time: Race Starts at 9:00am (Packet Pickup opens at 8:00am)
• Bonus: 200-Meter Fun Run for kids 12 & under right after the 5K start!

Course Info:

The race begins with a zooming downhill mile, winds through the scenic neighborhoods of Travelers Rest, and finishes near the Trailblazer Park amphitheater and farmers market pavilion.

• Transfers: Registered participants may transfer their entry to another person through their RunSignUp profile.
• Distance Changes: Participants may switch to a different race distance (e.g., drop from Half Marathon to 5K).
• Club & Referral Discounts: Join the Upstate Running Club and receive 15% OFF registration. Refer 2+ runners and receive $5 OFF.
• Race Shirts & Swag: Race shirts are sold and shipped separately. Finisher medals and awards (age group & overall) are not shipped.
• Refunds & Deferrals: No refunds or deferrals will be offered (unless the event sells out). If the race sells out, you may request a 50% OFF code for a future Upstate Race Series event.
