Take part in “The Kansas City Running Tradition,” and participate in the Grandfather of all Kansas City Road Races. For those wanting to share in the tradition but are unable to attend in person, we offer the Hospital Hill Run Virtual Race option for all three distances. We hope that you can experience everything this event has to offer in person. However, we understand that sometimes participating in person is impossible, but you still want to participate in the event and receive our unique swag. Continuing to offer our virtual option is our way of helping you share in the joy virtually! Mark your calendar for the 53rd Annual Hospital Hill Run...the oldest road race in Kansas City and one of the oldest half-marathons in the country. Remember, you too can experience the "Thrill of the Hill."
