Currently only available for 2026 as a virtual entry, so the 7 Hot Runner medals will only be available by entering our Virtual option. The Hot Runner 7in7 – you can take part on any day in the month of June. You can enter just a single day and choose your medal type at the time of entering or you can enter all seven medal options and complete the entire seven challenge. You choose the distance that you want to run or walk, but it must be at least 5k. Once we have verified your run we post out your medal.
