The Hotter N' Hell Trail Run takes place on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

Location: Cedar Pavilion off Terrace Drive, Oak Mountain State Park, Pelham, AL

Start Time: Both races start at 7:00 AM

• 9 Miler
• 9M Athena
• 9M Clydesdale

Registration Information:

Registration closes on Tuesday, July 15th at 11:59 PM CT. We can only accommodate 300 runners, so register early to secure your spot!

Athena and Clydesdale Divisions

Women weighing 140 lbs. or more and men weighing 200 lbs. or more may choose to enter the Athena or Clydesdale categories.

Course Description

Run through the scenic trails and climb to the top of Double Oak Mountain. Expect a challenging course with a mix of climbs and heat.

Packet Pickup

Friday, July 18th - 4:30 to 5:30 PM at Mountain High Outfitters
Saturday, July 19th - 6:00 to 6:50 AM at Cedar Pavilion

Note: Runners must enter the park through the South Gate, close to I-65, as the north gate does not open until 7:00 AM.
