WHERE: Dreher Park South, West Palm Beach, FL

Join us on September 26 for the HOW Strong 5K, a race for runners and walkers of all ages, held at Dreher Park South in West Palm Beach, Florida. The event features a scenic 5K (3.1-mile) course winding through Dreher Park. Proceeds benefit Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper (H.O.W.), an organization dedicated to empowering women through education, advocacy, and research to support early detection and improved outcomes for ovarian cancer. After the race, participants are invited to enjoy a post-run snack and awards ceremony. All registered runners will receive a men’s or women’s event shirt. All finishers will receive a finisher medal. Age-group awards will be presented. Chip timing by AccuChip.
