Location: Frontenac State Park, 29223 County 28 Blvd. Frontenac, MN 55026

Frontenac State Park is 10 miles southeast of Red Wing, MN, or 5 miles northwest of Lake City, MN on Highway 61.

Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 - 7:45 am: Bib and swag pick-up near picnic shelter (top of park)
• 8:00 am: 10-miler start
• 8:05 am: 5-miler start

Aid Station

Water, snacks, fruit, and Hammer gels are available. Please carry a water bottle to keep the park clean and reduce waste.

Delay, Suspend or Cancel the Event

The race director reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any part of the event if weather conditions deem it dangerous to the participants or harmful to the course.
