Gather your booty shorts! (They make you run faster). The Iron Rig 5k Run/Walk will take you up Highway 42 to Farmview Drive, through South Fork Park and return you back to The Iron Rig. You can choose to Run or Walk and if you dare, to run in a weighted vest!
