JMH-Gatorade 5K/10K

The JMH 5K/10K, presented by Gatorade, is Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025. This is the longest, consecutive running event in Jacksonville, celebrating its 31st year. Both courses are flat and fast, starting and finishing on the east side of the Jacksonville Memorial Hospital campus.

Awards & Swag:

• The first 200 runners receive a custom finishers medal.
• Awards are presented to the top overall male and female finishers in each race.
• Awards are also given to the top three males and females in 13 age categories (under 14 to 70 and over).
• All paid runners receive a tech shirt (guaranteed if registered by noon, October 7), post-race refreshments, and a chance to win prizes.

Packet Pickup:

• Springfield-area: Thursday, October 16, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM at Springfield Running Center, 2943 West White Oaks Drive, Springfield.
• Jacksonville-area: Friday, October 17, 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM in the Main Lobby at JMH.
• Race Day: Saturday, October 18, 7:00 AM - 7:50 AM.

Additional Information:

• Showers available at Fitness World Health Club after the race.
• Headphones are strongly discouraged for safety.
• Dogs are not allowed on the course or at the start/finish area.
• Both courses are USA Track and Field-certified and qualify for SRRC Participation Series points.
• Parking is available in Fitness World north lot and various hospital lots.
• Proceeds benefit the Prairieland United Way.
