Jordan River Marathon

The Jordan River Marathon takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, along the Jordan River Parkway Trail in South Jordan, UT. The event includes both marathon and half-marathon options. Runners will enjoy a scenic course with stunning views of wetlands, parks, golf courses, and bridges. The marathon course is 26.2 miles with a total elevation gain of +392 ft, while the half-marathon is 13.1 miles with +226 ft elevation gain. Aid stations will be well-stocked with water, Tailwind, Honey Stinger gels/waffles, fruit, and other snacks. The race starts at East Riverfront Pavilion, with ample parking available.

Half Marathon Start Time: 7:30 AM

Registration Fees:
Marathon: Early registration ($75), Normal registration ($85), Late registration ($95)
Half Marathon: Early registration ($60), Normal registration ($70), Late registration ($80)

Packet Pickup: Friday, September 18, 3 PM - 6 PM at Sandy Salt Lake Running Store; Race day pickup starts at 5:30 AM at the starting line.

• Course Details: Detailed course maps and videos are available on the website.
• Aid Stations: Aid stations will be located approximately every 3-4 miles and will include water, Tailwind, Honey Stinger gels/waffles, Swedish fish, bananas/grapes, coke/gingerale, and a first aid kit.
• Navigation: The course is marked with pink flags, ribbons, signs, and trail marshals.
• Awards: Overall male and female winners in both races will receive awards. Age group awards will also be given.
• Post-Race: Great Harvest Bread will provide a post-race breakfast.
• Photos: Free race photos will be available online through Xotio Media.
