Join us on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT for the Killing Tree Wine Run 5k. This event is perfect for those who enjoy running or walking and love wine. The race takes place at Killing Tree Winery, offering scenic views and a unique experience.

The event features a timed 5k run/walk course, with results posted at www.J3Timing.com. Registration includes a Super Soft Ring Spun Cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof wine glass, a wine glass-shaped finisher medal, and a chip-timed race bib. Participants will also receive a pour of wine.

Killing Tree Winery will be serving breakfast and specialized cocktails from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for an additional cost.

Course Details:

• The course is a 2-loop trail run designed for runners and walkers, starting and ending at the winery.
• It is described as a trail runner's dream with hills. Participants can opt to stop after one lap.

Virtual Option: A virtual participation option is available, allowing participants to run on their own and have their packet shipped for an additional fee.

Charity Partner: Moving Mountains Ranch, a non-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of people with challenges through animal and equine-assisted activities.

Awards: Age group awards will be given to the top 3 finishers (M/F) in 10-year categories. Awards are not shipped and must be picked up on the day of the event.

FAQ Highlights:

• Minors are welcome and receive a discounted registration (no wine glass or pour).
• Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven terrain.
• Walking, jogging, and run/walking are permitted.
• Friendly dogs on leashes are allowed.
