Rad Racing Company proudly presents... the 3rd Annual Kingwood Texas 4th of July FREEDOM RUN!! Lace’m-up, get your most patriotic gear on and come join us in Proclaiming Liberty at our 4th of July FREEDOM RUN SHOW DOWN! This is a family-friendly event that takes place exclusively in Kingwood Texas at the Town Center Park with 4 distances: 8-mile, 4-mile, 2-mile and Kids Dash. The course is a scenic run through the beautiful Kingwood Greenbelt trails. Our Races offer something for runners of every level - whether some healthy fun with friends/family/co-workers -OR- if you're more seasoned and looking to stretch your limits... Rad Racing's got you covered!

The event benefits these charities: Team RWB, Torch of Freedom Foundation & Turning Point USA.

ALL event participants will receive a Custom Poly-Tech Race Shirt, Finisher Medal and Race Bib. Award winners will also receive Overall and Age-Group awards.

Distance Details:

• Kids Dash: (10 & Under) fun 100-200m sprint (parents can go with them)
• 2-mile: 1-mile into the course and turnaround.
• 4-mile: 1 lap in honor of the 4th.
• 8-mile: Two 4mi laps.

Music, Sponsor Booths, Pure-Barre Pre-Race Warm-Up, Best 4th Attire Contest AND MORE!!

POST RACE FUN:

head over to our finishers tent for results, water, food, music. .. aaand SWEET FINISHLINE REFRESHMENTS. Come Celbrate with us!

Volunteer then Run:

Our highly discounted registration to help with Race Day and Early Packet-Pick-Up and after your run you will help wth Medals/Water and Award Distribution, Finishline photos and Finisher Tent needs. You can participate in Either 4-mile or 2-mile events. Simply show up an hour and a half before race start to help and about 15 minutes before race starts, you can join everyone at the starting line for pre-race warmup.

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

• 6:00am Get up and thank God you are an Ameri can
• 6:25am Eat breakfast and put on 4th attire
• 6:40am Pre-Race Warm-Up and Stretch w/ Pure Barre Kingwood
• 7:00am Announcements, Pledge and Prayer
• 7:05am Kids Dash
• 7:20am 8 mile, 4 mile and 2 mile start together
• 8:30am SAC RACE SHOW DOWN & Post Race Fun !!
• 9:30am Course & Event Closes - go watch the parade at 10am!!

• 2-mile Male and Female Overall
• Kids Dash Male and Female Overall
• Sac - Race SHOW DOWN Kids and Adult Overall

VIRTUAL AND EVENT SAFTEY INFO:

Virtual Event participants are welcome to run any day, anytime, at the location of their choice! Your registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for your packet. You can pick up your packet in person or your packet will be mailed to you and will ship out the Tuesday after the race. You can upload your times starting the day of the event on the results page. You can also upload any photos in the "participant upload" album on the photos page!

WEATHER & CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: In the event of inclement weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. Past this time, the even course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants. All Rad Race Company events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy. If conditions turn unsafe, the event may be cancelled.
