La Valette Marathon 2024

Join us for the La Valette Malta Marathon 2024, the first AIMS accredited marathon and half marathon in Malta! Organized by Corsa race events, this event combines history and culture with breathtaking views along the Valletta coast. Runners will pass by the Grand Harbour and finish in style in Vittoriosa, the historical center of The Three Cities.

The event will take place on March 24th, 2024, taking advantage of the Mediterranean spring climate with an average temperature of 17°C. Whether you're a budding runner or an elite athlete, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of the most important event on the athletic calendar of Malta.

The La Valette Malta Marathon offers three different distances: 42.2K (Full), 21.1km (Half), and 21.1km (Walkathon). All routes have been awarded AIMS certification and have permits in place. The meeting point is at Surfside, Sliema Seafront, and the finish point is at Fort St. Angelo, Birgu.

The Full and Full Relays will start at 7.00am, followed by the Walkathon at 7.05am, and the Half and Half Relays at 7.30am.
