Lake County Sprint Tri Series

This series includes three sprint triathlons: Fox Lake Triathlon on June 7, Lake Zurich Triathlon on July 12, and Wauconda Triathlon on July 26. The series fee is $225 and includes entry into all three races, swag (timing, shirt, towels, food), and an overall series medal for participants who complete all three sprint races. The limit for the series is 50 participants.

Race Details:

• Fox Lake Triathlon (June 7): 750 yard swim, 12 mile bike, flat and fast run.
• Lake Zurich Sprint Triathlon (July 12): 750 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run.
• Wauconda Triathlon (July 26): 750 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. Features a party with pancakes and a beer garden.

Cumulative time from all three events determines the Overall Male and Female winner of the series. Participants are also eligible for age group awards at each individual triathlon.

Registration: Deadline is June 5 or when the series fills. No refunds are given. USAT registration is required.
