Join us for the 9th annual Laura’s Run 4 Kids, hosted by First Alert 4’s Laura Hettiger, to support The Little Bit Foundation. The event takes place on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, at Tower Grove Park.

Choose from several participation options:

• 5K Race
• 1-mile Family Fun Run/Walk
• 5K Virtual Run: Participate from April 25 through May 2, running or walking wherever you are.

The event promises a morning of family fun with t-shirts for all participants, medals, awards, food, beverages, and a Kids Zone featuring the Bubble Bus and St. Louis Blues mascot Louie.

Discounts: Early Bird Discounts end April 13th. Group and family discounts are available for families of 4 and teams of 10.

Virtual Option Details: Run, jog, or walk your 5K (3.1 miles) between April 25 and May 2. Celebrate at a virtual finish line with an online community.
