This 5K event is a signature attraction of the Pittsburgh Monster Pumpkins Festival, the city's largest Fall spectacular. The festival features giant pumpkins, incredible sculptures, and various activities. The LECOM Costume Caper 5K encourages participants to wear Halloween-themed costumes for chances to win prizes in categories like Scariest, Funniest, and Most Original Costume.
