Live Love Run 21K, 10K, 5K & 1K

Welcome to the 14th Annual Live Love Run!

Join us for a day of running and fundraising at Brae Island Regional Park in Langley Township, BC. This event supports ABreast In A Boat, a dragon boat team for breast cancer survivors.

We offer four race distances:

• 21K: A challenging out-and-back route on the Fort-to-Fort Trail, including the Brae Island Regional Park loop.
• 10K: An out-and-back route along the Fort-to-Fort Trail, following the Fraser River.
• 5K: A mostly flat course on a wide, hard-packed dirt/gravel trail along the Fraser River, through forests and fields.
• 1K Hooray Fun Run: A short, flat route on Brae Island, perfect for all ages.

All participants receive a finisher's medal. Strollers are welcome in the 1K, 5K, and 10K races.

Virtual Event: If you can't make it in person, you can participate virtually from anywhere in the world. Your event package will be mailed to you.
