It's Loop The ‘Lupe, the only obstacle course in Seattle city limits, and we're back for our ninth year! Seattle's best 5K obstacle course fun run will take place at Walt Hundley Playfield in West Seattle on Saturday, June 7th. Here's what's in store for 2025:

• Elite Wave: For racers age 16+ with nine obstacles on a 1K "loop" for a total of 45 over the 5K race.
• Family Wave: 7-obstacle course suitable for all experience levels.
• 5K run/walk: No obstacles.
• Senior Saunter: 100% flat, no obstacles.
• Youth Dash: Once around a 1K loop with 7 obstacles & adult supervision.

Team Discounts! Discounts for groups of 4-10, and bigger discounts for groups of 11 or more.

Support a Good Cause: This event is a major annual fundraiser for Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, supporting local people in need.

Virtual Racing: Register to get a race t-shirt and record a video of yourself on your own obstacle course.

Post-Race Fun: Live music, food, and beer/cider garden. Soccer expo match at 1:30 p.m. and penalty kick shootout competition at 2:00 p.m.

Heads Up: After May 16, T-shirt sizes will be limited.
