Join us for the lululemon Run FFM meets Yoga Balance event! Get ready to experience the perfect blend of running and yoga in one amazing event. Lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement with our running group, led by experienced Run Ambassador Rene who will guide you through a scenic route.

After a refreshing run, transition into a calming yoga session led by Vio from Balance Yoga to stretch and restore your body. After the yoga session, we will end the evening with snacks and drinks, and have a nice get-together at the studio.

• 5:50 pm arrival / bag drop off at lululemon
• 6:00 pm warm-up and run by Rene
• 7:00 pm return from running for Yoga Stretch with Vio at Balance Yoga
• 8:00 pm - Q&A and community time, Snacks and Drinks
• 9:30 pm finish
