Created in 2006 by Dave and Anna Madden, owners of Piccolo Cucina e Vino with a desire to help revitalize historic Downtown Middletown, the Marshall+Sterling R4DT is a 4 Mile run/walk on the morning of the third Saturday of August, where female participants will start ahead of males.

Mickey's Team Challenge
Mickey's Team Challenge began in 2016 and is an opportunity for businesses, community organizations, or families to come together in an event that is so much fun that participants often forget that the Marshall & Sterling Insurance R4DT benefits the community! Mickey's Team Challenge is named after Mickey Hock, the matriarch of Family First, the Large Team Champion in each of the first four years of our team challenge.
