• Triathlon (Individual or Relay):
  • MayanKids (Ages 10-12): 200m swim, 5km bike, 1km run
  • Super Sprint: 400m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run
  • Sprint: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
  • Olympic: 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run
  • Middle Distance (70.3): 1900m swim, 90km bike, 21km run
• Duathlon Sprint: 2.5km run, 20km bike, 5km run

Relay teams are available for the Sprint Triathlon only (minimum 2, maximum 3 participants).

An Athlete Guide will be sent by email approximately 2 weeks before the event.
