For the seventh time, Mönchengladbach will transform into a huge outdoor adventure – starting and finishing at the Borussia-Park. The route leads along the Niers river, through fields, the Bunte Garten, and past Schloss Wickrath and Schloss Rheydt. Whether alone or in a team: you will feel what's inside you.

Most people don't even dare to walk 20 kilometers at a stretch. But here, at the Megamarsch, we celebrate every milestone: With certificates at 20, 30, and 40 kilometers, we honor your courage and endurance.
