In honor of our Military come out & join us Memorial Day! This is the First of our 3 Patriotic Series; Collect ALL 3 Finisher Medals! Don't miss out!

Join us this Memorial Day as we come together to honor and remember the brave men and women who lost their lives while serving our country. The Memorial Day 5K/10K/15K is a meaningful way to pay tribute to our fallen heroes—by gathering as a community, celebrating their legacy, and moving forward in their honor.

We are offering all Active and Retired Military a *Complimentary race (5K, 10K or 15K)" on May 23, 2026. ( Military I.D. of the athlete must be shown to pick up bib. )

Join us on the trails along the Boise River starting & finishing at Ann Morrison Park. Participants may choose from the 5K, 10K, or 15K distances, each offering a patriotic race-day experience filled with purpose and pride. All athletes who cross the finish line will receive a commemorative finisher medal, a lasting reminder of the day and the heroes it represents. To recognize outstanding performances, awards will be presented to the top three men and women in the traditional five-year age groups for all three race distances. Run with gratitude. Run with remembrance. Run for those who gave everything.

Event Schedule

• May 15th: Last day to register to guarantee your shirt size
• May 24th: Early Packet Pickup…
• May 25th: 6:30 AM Race Day Registration & Pickup Opens at race site
• 7:30 AM: Race START

Awards & Medals

Awards in the 5K/10K/15K as follows: Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Top 3 Overall Masters (40+), Top 3 Overall Grand Master (50+), Top 3 Overall Senior Master (60+), Top 3 in each age group (10 & under - 80+). All finishers will receive a Finisher Medal for 2026!

VIRTUAL RUNNING - HOW IT WORKS & LINK FOR TIME SUBMISSION

Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day. We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date! *Shipping available for continental US only.

Course & Timing

All three events will start and finish in the Parking Lot of the Sprayberry Square Shopping Center on the corner of Sandy Plains & E. Piedmont. All routes are an out and back, and will be run entirely on E. Piedmont Rd.

All events will have a timed start & finish. Water Stations: We will have Self-Serve water stations approximately every 1.5 miles. Pacing: Participants will need to finish with at least a 16 min/mile pace.

Groups and Teams

Teams of 5 or more receive discounts off their registration.

Championships & Turkey Trot

This is one of your first opportunities to qualify for (1) free entry into our 2024 Turkey Trot & also to qualify for our Championship 5K/10K! All participants will automatically qualify for (1) FREE entry into one of the 2024 Five Star Thanksgiving Turkey Trots. See event website Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the Championships held on January 5, 2025.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case. Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag. No COVID-19 Refunds.

Packet Pickup

We always do packet pickup on race morning starting one hour prior to the start of the race. If we have an early pickup available, it will be added here.
