Mid-State Mile

Mid-State Mile - June 20, 2026

Location: 9600 Big East Fork rd Franklin , TN

This is a 'Last Person Standing' event. Runners will be given 20 minutes to complete a loop and must be back in the starting corral ready to start the next loop. The course is on private land, featuring two climbs with fast runnable sections and an easy downhill section to the start/finish area. It's an old logging road, wide double track.

Waitlist Information: Entries will be confirmed starting January 3rd. The first 85 entries will be automatically added. Past participants from Mid-State and Tennessee Mile will be selected first, followed by waitlist order. The organizer reserves the right to add participants at their discretion.

Related Events: The Tennessee Mile (timed event on the same course), Big Al’s (100 & 200 miler), MF'n Trail Club.

Rules: Must be in the starting corral at the start of the next loop. Must take two steps past the starting line. Runners coming in after the 20-minute limit will be eliminated. No runner may accept aid while on the course. Specific rules for declaring a winner are detailed, including a 'Victory Lap' requirement.

No Pets: This is a strict rule due to local wildlife.

Refunds: No refunds or rollovers are issued. All collected funds go towards hosting events and course/property maintenance.
