Middle Finger 5K

The Middle Finger 5K is a 5K run and fitness walk that benefits Thrive To Survive, an organization supporting those battling cancer in the Finger Lakes region. The event is open to all ability levels and encourages participation from all fitness levels. Participants are invited to give a one-finger salute to cancer and help those in the region thrive through their diagnosis.

100% of donations and proceeds go to Thrive To Survive and are used to provide necessary resources to adults living in Ontario, Seneca, Yates, and Wayne counties who are in treatment for a cancer diagnosis.

Registration includes a commemorative 2026 MF5K shirt, a light breakfast, and the satisfaction of making a difference for adults with cancer.

Participants can register as an individual or as part of a team. Teams of 4 or more receive a discounted entry.

The event features a sunrise start and a post-race breakfast burrito. A Check-in Party will be held on May 8th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Community Room at Finger Lakes Welcome Center, 35 Lakefront Dr. Geneva, NY. The party will include free tastings from local breweries and wineries, with items available for purchase from local vendors.
