Miles for Migraine - Colorado 2026

Join us for the 7th annual Miles for Migraine - Colorado event, featuring a 2-mile Walk, a 5K Run, and a Relax option. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. It's more than just a walk/run; it's an opportunity to connect with the local migraine and headache community, listen to speakers, and visit sponsors in the festival area.

The 5K run is professionally timed. The Walk and Relax events are free, but donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers will receive a finisher medal. Dress up in purple for a chance to win a prize!

Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine's free programs and services, as well as the University of Colorado Headache Center and Children's Colorado Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs.

Event Options:

• 2 Mile Untimed Walk: Come listen to speakers, visit sponsors, and participate in an untimed 2-mile walk. Not up for the full 2 miles? Feel free to turn around at any point. This option does not include a participant shirt. Shirts will be available as a separate charge. (Free)
• Relax with us: Be part of the live event without running or walking. Listen to speakers, visit sponsors, cheer finishers, and relax in the designated tent. This option does not permit walking or running on the course. (Free)
• 5K Chip Timed Run: Listen to speakers, visit sponsors, and participate in a chip-timed 5K run. This option does not include a participant shirt. Shirts will be available as a separate charge. (Early bird: $12.01, Regular: $17.36, Event Day: $28.05)
• Virtual Event Participant: Select an activity that makes you happy and represents intentional movement or relaxation (e.g., walking, biking, hiking, yoga, swimming). Take a selfie to share! Swag bag with participant shirt, bib, and medal can be mailed for an additional charge. (Early bird: $39.81, Regular/Event Day: $45.16)

Swag, Prizes and Awards:

Earn Miles for Migraine Swag based on fundraising levels. Awards for Top Individual Fundraiser, Top Fundraising Team, Largest Patient/Caregiver/Advocate Team, Spirit Award, and more. Nominate someone for the Caregiver Appreciation Award. Awards for 1st place Female overall, Male overall, and Non-Binary overall.
