About the Event
Miles for Migraine Pennsylvania - 2026
Join us for the 14th annual Miles for Migraine Pennsylvania event, featuring a 2-mile Walk, a 5K Run, and a "Relax" option. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. Connect with the migraine and headache community, listen to speakers, and visit sponsors in the festival area.
The 5K run is professionally timed. The Walk and Relax events are free, but donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. Dress up in purple for a chance to win a prize!
Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine free programs & services, as well as the Jefferson Headache Center, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and U Penn Headache Center for migraine research and fellowship training.
Registration Fees:
- 5K Chip Timed Run: $12.01 (Early Bird Pricing: Oct 8 – Sep 3), $17.36 (Sep 4 – Sep 27)
- Virtual Event Participant (including shirt): $39.81 (Early Bird Pricing: Oct 8 – Sep 3), $45.16 (Sep 4 – Sep 27)
- 2 Mile Untimed Walk: Free (Shirts available for separate purchase)
- Relax with us (Onsite Relaxation activity): Free
Swag, Prizes and Awards: Earn Miles for Migraine Swag based on fundraising levels. Awards for Top Individual Fundraiser, Top Fundraising Team, Largest Patient/Caregiver/Advocate Team, Spirit Award, and more. Nominate someone for the Caregiver Appreciation Award. Awards for 1st place Female, Male, and Non-Binary overall for the 5K.
Packet Pick-Up: Friday & Saturday, September 25 & 26th (TBD); Sunday, September 27th from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at the event site.
