Come and join us on the fastest and safest triathlon course in CT for the eighteen edition of the Mini of Fairfield County Seaside Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon. This sprint-distance race is set at beautiful Seaside Park in Bridgeport CT. The course is flat and closed to traffic which makes it an ideal start race of your 2026 triathlon season. We also have a duathlon distance for our non swimmers! Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes, this race will set your calendar for a perfect first race of the season. The swim will be one loop in the Sound from the sandy shore of Seaside Park.

The bike consists of 2 loops of 5 miles each, very flat and closed to all traffic.

The run is one flat loop of 3.1 miles.

The course is very family friendly. Great food, Age Group awards and finishers medals. Relay teams are available and encouraged!

June 13

Packet pickup   10:00am - 4:00pm: Packet Pickup at Mini of Fairfield County, 154 Post road, Darien CT 06820

June 14

• 5:30 - 6:30 am: Race day registration and packet pickup
• 6:30 am: Transition closes
• 6:45 am: Race Director and USAT official race announcement
• 7 am: Races start duathlon and first wave of swimmers start
• 8 am: Breakfast on the beach
• 9:30 am: Awards ceremony
