Norris Ultra Dam Hard Trail Race

Location: Norris Dam State Park, Norris, TN

Events: 50k and 25k trail races.

Start Time: 8:00 AM EST

Course Description: Both races utilize single track trails and jeep roads within Norris Dam State Park and Norris Municipal Watershed. The 25k is one loop, and the 50k is two loops.

Time Limits: 25k has a 4:40 limit; 50k has a 9-hour limit. 50k runners must reach the halfway point within 4 hours.

Registration Fees:

• 50k: $65.00 - $75.00 (prices increase after July 6, 2026)
• 25k: $45.00 - $55.00 (prices increase after July 6, 2026)

Safety: Runners are urged to carry their own water. No headsets, bicycles, strollers, roller blades, or pets are allowed. Minimum pace of 18:00/mile enforced.
