Okie Half - Half Marathon & 5k

Location: Muskogee, OK 74401 US

I:40 Race Service, with the help of the Muskogee Running Club and Muskogee Parks & Recreation, will host the Okie Half on March 14, 2026. The event will feature a flat certified course that starts and finishes inside the newly restored "Hanger 1", now called the Hatbox Events Center. The course includes features like passing the historic ROXY Theatre, "Circling Merle" at the Merle Haggard Statute, and going through Muskogee's Depot District. The 5k course is also on a flat track that is USATF Certified and mostly runs the loop trail around Hatbox Sports Complex.

Event Features:

• Jogger Pants for all runners (5k & Half Marathoners) - Must register by March 1st for guaranteed size.
• 1st Place Mugs for top runners in every Half Marathon Age Group (5-year increments up to 80 & Over).
• Cast finishers medals for half finishers & first place in each 5k Age Group (wood medals for 2nd & 3rd).
• BBQ Meal afterwards for Half Runners, and refreshments for 5k Runners.
• Extra Food Vendors at the finish line.
• Free 5 to 10 minute post-race massages for all Half Marathon runners.

Registration Fees:

• EARLY EARLY BIRD (March to June): 5k: $25, Half Marathon: $60
• EARLY BIRD (July to October): 5k: $27.50, Half Marathon: $65
• Regular Price (November to Valentine's Day): 5k: $32.50, Half Marathon: $70
• Month of Price (February 15th to March 14th): 5k: $35, Half Marathon: $75
• Weekend of Price (In-person Sign up only, 3/13 & 3/14): 5k: $40, Half Marathon: $80

Packet Pick Up/Late Registration: Friday, March 13th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hatbox Events Center - 630 S 40th Street Muskogee, OK. Packets will also be available on race day starting at 6:30 AM. In-person registration available Friday and Saturday.

Start Times: 7:45 AM for the Half Marathon, 8:00 AM for the 5k.

Time Limit: Half Marathon time limit is 4:15 (Must finish by noon).

Awards: Custom finishers medals for Half Marathoners. Age group medals for the 5k (1st Place Cast, 2nd & 3rd Wood). Trophies for top 3 Male and Female overall winners of both races.

Shirts: Guaranteed for sign-ups by March 1st. First come, first serve after March 1st.

After Race Food: Half Marathon entry includes a meal from Mother Tucker's BBQ Food Truck. 5k participants and spectators can purchase meals. Cold food and drinks provided to 5k and Half participants.
