Oktoberfest Half Marathon & 5k

Join us for the Oktoberfest Half Marathon & 5k in Asheville, North Carolina. This event is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Race Day Details:

• Half Marathon starts at 7:30 AM EDT
• 5k starts at 7:45 AM EDT
• 3-hour limit for the Half Marathon course aid (course aid stops at 10:30 AM)
• 1-hour time limit for the 5k course aid
• Both courses are USATF Certified.

Included in registration fee:

• Technical t-shirt
• Custom race bib
• Finisher medal
• Post-race beverage
• Chip timed race

Virtual Option: Run a half marathon distance or a 5k distance on your own terms. Register for the virtual option for the distance you want to run. Race t-shirts, bibs and finisher medal will be mailed the week after the race.

Group Discounts: Register 5 or more people at the same time, in the same transaction and receive 10% off registration. Mix and match 5k, Half or Virtual runners.

• Sat, October 3, 2026: 5k Starts 7:45 AM
• Sat, October 3, 2026: 5k Awards (tentative) 8:45 AM
