Where understanding grows. From families and self-advocates to schools, businesses, and community partners. We walk side-by-side throughout Wisconsin to create a more inclusive future.

What: One Walk, Big Strides for Autism 2026 - Side by Side, Across the Spectrum
Join us as we walk to raise funds for programs that provide support, education, and activities for those on the Autism spectrum and their families in south central and southwestern Wisconsin.
When: April 19th, 2026 - 11:00 AM
How: This year there are two ways to participate: Walk with us in person at McKee Farms Park. Walk in your own neighborhood and connect with us virtually.
Where: McKee Farms Park - Fitchburg, WI
Why: According to the CDC, 1 in 31 children are diagnosed with Autism. These families need access to information, resources, and support from others who have shared life experiences. Our mission at the Autism Society of Wisconsin is to improve the lives of those impacted by Autism across their lifespan. We do this by providing information, resources, and support, while raising awareness and acceptance in our community. As always, all money raised stays local and provides support, education and activities for those on the spectrum and their families. The connection is you!
