About the Event
OWLS Fort Macon 5K Trail Run
Join us on Saturday, April 11th, 2026 for the OWLS Fort Macon 5K Trail Run! The race starts at 9:00am.
Location: Fort Macon State Park, 2303 East Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC US 28512
Pre-race Sign-in and T-shirt Pickup: Friday, April 10th, 5:00pm to 7:00pm at OWLS, 100 Wildlife Way, Newport.
Course: The Fort Macon trail run is a cross-country style course with moderate elevation. The trail is both wooded and sunny, with footbridge crossings and views of Beaufort Inlet, Bogue Sound, and the Atlantic Ocean.
Registration Fees: $35.00 - includes an OWLS short sleeve t-shirt. Register by March 31st to guarantee your race shirt.
