P.A.I.L. Remembrance and Awareness Walk

The P.A.I.L. Remembrance and Awareness Walk is an event focused on pregnancy and infant loss awareness and remembrance. It aims to honor and remember babies lost and support grieving parents.

Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026

Time: Check-in opens at 9 AM, presentation begins at 10 AM, and the untimed one-mile walk begins around 10:30 AM.

Location: Genoa Park, Downtown Columbus (303 W Broad St), Columbus, OH 43215

Co-Hosted by: Alive In My Heart, Miles' Mission, Columbus Public Health & Nationwide Children's Hospital

Event Details:

• The event will bring awareness and support around the experience of Pregnancy and Infant Loss (“P.A.I.L.”).
• It honors and remembers babies lost.
• Keynote Speaker: Seneca Bing of Aliyah's Light
• Music by: Heather Evans
• Activities include light snacks, water, resources for grieving parents, and activities for children.
• Food trucks (Dos Hermanos Food Truck and Kingdom Coffee Truck) will be available for purchase.
• The course is stroller-friendly.
• Pets other than service animals are not permitted.

Parking Information: There is no parking directly inside Genoa Park, but parking in the Dorrian Green garage adjacent to COSI is recommended. Ample parking is available around the downtown area.

Note: Registration opens this summer. The event is building on a tradition started in 2023 with a P.A.I.L. 5k.
