• 5K Race: $30 (until January 1, 2026), $40 (after January 1, 2026) - 9:00 AM EST
• 1 Mile Fun Run: $25 (until January 1, 2026), $35 (after January 1, 2026) - 8:30 AM EST

Description: Lace up your sneakers and join us for the Panther Prowl 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run — a family-friendly trail event held on the scenic campus of Northside High School! With a mostly flat course and a few gentle rolling hills, this race is perfect for runners of all skill levels — from competitive athletes to casual joggers and walkers. Whether you’re racing to the finish or walking with friends and family, you’re making a difference for our students. All proceeds directly benefit the Northside High School Track and Cross Country programs, helping fund equipment, travel, and training for our student-athletes.

Awards:

• 5K Race: Medals awarded to the top 3 men and women overall, plus top 3 men and women in each age division (10 & under, 11–15, 16–20, 21–30, 31–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+).
• 1-Mile Fun Run: Medals awarded to the top 3 men and women overall.

Giveaway: All participants who register by January 1st are guaranteed a T-shirt.
