Join us in Portsmouth for a flat and fast 5K! This legacy road race is a community-wide fundraising event for the Krempels Brain Injury Center. Post-race festivities will feature snacks, a post race pint, and wonderful company. #RunForBrainInjury

The Portsmouth 5K is one of Krempels Brain Injury Center's largest community fundraisers, having raised over a million dollars for the nonprofit. Krempels Brain Injury Center, located in Portsmouth, NH, is dedicated to improving the quality of life of people living with brain injury. Over 80% of members receive financial aid from Krempels Brain Injury Center to attend programs, with 50% attending for free. Proceeds from fundraising and sponsorships go directly towards programming to help survivors with skill building and social connection to improve their quality of life following brain injury. Your support now is more important than ever.
