Rhode Island Half Marathon & 5K

The Rhode Island Half Marathon & 5K is back on Sunday, May 17th, 2026! This event offers stunning views of Narragansett Bay and the Providence skyline along the East Bay Bike Path. Both USATF-certified courses start and finish at Pierce Memorial Stadium in East Providence, RI.

• Rhode Island Half Marathon: 13.1 miles
• Rhode Island 5K: 5K
• Virtual Half Marathon: 13.1 miles
• Virtual 5K: 5K

Start Times: Both races start at 7:30 AM EDT. The 5K runners will turn onto the East Bay Bike Path off Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.

Registration:

• In-person: Race weekend
• Online: Closes Saturday, May 16th, 2026, at 7 PM

• Virtual Half Marathon: $75 (until 12/31/2025), $80 (1/1/2026-2/28/2026), $85 (3/1/2026-4/14/2026), $90 (4/15/2026-5/17/2026)
