Rocket to the Moon 5k

This event takes place in Wapakoneta, OH, the hometown of Neil Armstrong. The race starts and finishes at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds and features all paved roads that are mostly flat. There are several events to choose from, including a 5k run/walk, a kids' 1-mile fun run, and a virtual 5k option.

• 5k Run/Walk: $35 (price increases after July 3, 2025)
• Kids 1-Mile Fun Run: $25 (price increases after July 3, 2025)
• Virtual 5k: $35 (registration ends July 2, 2025)

MOON CITY CHALLENGE: Register for the Moon Series (includes this race, Run to the Moon on July 19th, and Fly Me To The Moon on August 9th) and receive an extra MOON CHALLENGE Medal.
