18th Annual Rumpshaker 5K
The 18th Annual Rumpshaker 5K will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Regions Field in Birmingham, Alabama. This event benefits colorectal cancer awareness.
In-Person 5K: Chip-timed race. $5 team discount for teams of 5 or more.
Virtual 5K: Complete the race at your own pace and location. $5 team discount for teams of 5 or more. Includes a 5K T-shirt.
Registration: Opens July 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM CDT. See website for details on registration, team creation, and fundraising.

- 6:30 AM: Race Day Packet Pickup
- 7:15 AM: 5K Registration Closes
- 8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Starts
- 9:00 AM: 1 Mile Fun Run Starts
- 9:15 AM - 9:30 AM: 5K Awards
