Run Atlanta 404 Day 5K

The 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc. presents the "Run Atlanta 5K," an exciting event that includes a 5K race, a Prayer, Walk, Screenings, and Fun Run/Walk. This event will take place on April 5th at 7 am on the Westside Beltline, starting and finishing at Lee + White in the West End of Atlanta.

Event Schedule:

• Sunrise Prayer 4 Violence Prevention & Walk 4 Peace & Wellbeing - 7:00am
• Meet at MLK Chapel at Morehouse College - 830 Westview Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30314
• Walk/March will depart promptly at 8:00am and will travel down Lee St. from MLK Chapel to Rose Circle Park.
• Race Day Run of Show:
• Start Area & Finish Line, Screenings, & Festival - Lee + White - 1000 White St. SW, ATL 30311
• 7:30am Check In and Race Day Bib Pick Up, Health Screenings & Festival Begins
• 8:45am Race Warm Up
• 8:55am Race Line Up & Tribute
• 9:00am GUN START to the Run Atlanta 5K Run/Walk
• 9:15-10am Run Atlanta 5K finishers
• 10:00am Recognitions & Awards

Participants can look forward to a fantastic experience that combines fitness, community engagement, and entertainment. After the race, there will be a variety of activities to enjoy, including delicious food, lively music, and fun-filled games. Additionally, there will be free health screenings available for the community from 7am-11am.

Preliminary Race Information:

• Early Packet Pick Up: Saturday, March 29th 10am-2pm at Big Peach Running Co. South Fulton 5829 Campbellton Rd SW Suite 102, Atlanta, GA 30331
• Friday, April 4th 3-7pm at Monday Night Garage in Lee + White 1000 White St. SW, ATL 30311

5K Route: The Run Atlanta 5K Course will start on White Street heading Northwest. Travel along the Westside Beltline Trail. At approx. 1.5 Miles the course will reverse and utilize White Street to return to 1000 Lee + White for a downhill finish.

Awards will be announced for: Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd Men & Women, Age Group 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, Senior 100 Black Men & Women Over 65, Seasoned 100 Black Men & Women 64-55, Super 100 Black Men 100 54-45, 100 Black Men & Women 44-35, Emerging 100 Black Men & Women 34 - 25, Collegiate 100 Black Men & Women 24- 19, Project Success Black Boys & Girls 18-13, Youth Black Boys & Girls 12 & Under.
