Previously known as the "5 to Thrive 5K," this event is now re-branded as the fun-filled "Run Happy 5K!" It's a charity event presented by Fusion Dance Company of Cartersville to benefit Dancers Against Cancer.

Date: Saturday, May 9th, 2026

Location: Downtown Euharlee, GA, adjacent to the Drowned Valley Brewing Company’s “The Outpost” at 118 Covered Bridge Rd., Euharlee, GA 30120.

Schedule:

• 4:00 PM - Event Opens: Dance Performances, Sponsors, Kids Zone, & Entertainment!
• 4:30 PM - Race Day Registration & Packet Pick-Up Opens
• 6:00 PM - Kiddos Fun Run Start
• 6:30 PM - 5K Start
• 7:30 PM - Awards

• Run Happy 5K
• Run Happy - Kids Fun Run (1K)

Pricing:

• 'Early Bird' / PRE-Registration: $30 (Valid until midnight, Sunday, May 3rd)
• LATE & RACE DAY Registration: $40 (Price increases starting Monday, May 4th)
• Kids Fun Run: $20 - $30

Additional Information:

• Adults age 21 & Older (registered in 5K) receive 1 free drink from Drowned Valley.
• Proceeds benefit Dancers Against Cancer and families affected by cancer.
• Race timing provided by Wire2Wire Running, LLC (MyLaps equipment).
• Awards for overall winners, masters, and age categories.
• This is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
