Event Schedule

• Dec. 6, 2024: Registration opens at 7:00 a.m.
• Feb. 21, 2025: Package Pickup @ Runners' Den from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Feb. 22, 2025: Package Pickup @ Start from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• Feb. 22, 2025: Kids Race at 8:30 a.m.
• Feb. 22, 2025: 25 km starts at 9:00 a.m.
• Feb. 22, 2025: 13 km starts at 9:30 a.m.

Registration Fees

Entry Fee is $85, inclusive of Race Roster processing fees. Early registration discounts available before February 20, 2024.

Charitable Donation

Participate to support Coquitlam Search & Rescue. $5 from every registration will be donated, and additional donations are welcome.

Kids Race

Registration for the Kids Race is free and available online or on race morning. Parents can make donations to Butterfly Run Vancouver during registration.

Refund and Deferral Policy

Full refund available only for those who opted for refund insurance during registration. Deferrals are available under certain conditions.
