Run Your Heart Out 5k

The Run Your Heart Out 5k is the 2nd race in our winter race series. Join us on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. This event is suitable for competitive runners and walkers alike. All proceeds will be donated to the new Guernsey County Dog Shelter Building Fund.

When/Where: Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The start and finish will be at Guernsey County Fairgrounds, 335 Old National Road, Old Washington, Ohio.

Race Course: The course runs through the fairgrounds and Old Washington.

Starting Time: Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.

Awards: All participants will receive a custom finishers medal. Overall awards will be presented to the top three male/female finishers in the Race division. Family Fun Run/Walkers are not eligible for awards. Age group awards will also be given.

Bonus Grand Prix Medal: Participants registering for all six 2026 Grow Races will receive a custom Grand Prix Medal.

2026 Grow Races include: Winter Series - Run Your Ice Off (January), Winter Series - Run Your Heart out (February), Winter Series - Shamrock Shuffle (March), Splash and Dash 5k (July), LifeWise Academy of Guernsey County 5k (August), Run, Run Rudolph 5k (November).

Race Results: Automatic text and email results will be sent immediately after finishing for those who opt-in. Instant results will also be available on site and on the race website.

Race Packets and Finish Line Perks: Bib pickup on race day starting at 12:30 PM at Cambridge Intermediate School. Hot food, finish line snacks, and bottled water will be available.

Entry Fees: $25 or $20 (GROW Members) for the individual race. A 3-race bundle is available for $70 or $55 (GROW Members).

Refund Policy: In case of cancellation due to severe weather, pandemics, or other reasons, registrations will be converted to a non-refundable virtual event.
